* Implementing properly the strategies for positioning the e-TQM Institute as a
leading provider of capacity building services in the GCC and Middle East.
* Supporting the institute in providing capacity building services in the areas of
quality management and e-learning through customized programs and/or
certified programs to various clients in diverse sectors.
* Supporting the institute in generating revenues from capacity building
programs, and knowledge transfer products as per agreed targets.
* Manage the Virtual Executive Club (VEC), expand its membership,
continuously grow its offerings and link the VEC membership and services to
the three areas of activity within e-TQM Institute, and use it as a venue for
knowledge transfer and capacity building in relevant areas.
* Supporting the institute in offering, delivering, managing enrolment,
evaluating, and reporting on capacity building programs.
* To support the institute in managing the Virtual Executive Club, expand its
membership, and continuously grow its offerings.
* To support the institute in managing the awards, applications, jury, and
related events, and continuously expand the number of applications.
* To maintain relations with SMEs in the areas of quality and e-learning, in
close collaboration with the Executive Director of e-TQM Institute.
* Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the e-TQM Institute
through performing a number of administrative duties such as typing,
copying, mailing, editing of manuals, and developing form templates.

Job Responsibilities:
* Handling all department's outgoing & incoming correspondents like mails,
emails, faxes, phone calls including translating & editing of documents when
required.
* Organizing and coordinating department's weekly meetings including Sending
invitations, booking of rooms and Taking minutes of meeting.
* Students support in day to day activities such as: parent inquiries,
transportation issues, student with special needs.
* Handling all media activities including communication & archiving of college
coverage in TV & Newspaper, in addition to distributing press releases to
* Participating in organizing events from conception through to completion
including exhibitions, conferences; Festival of Thinkers, Education without
Boarders, National Day, graduations, Alumni gatherings and awards
ceremonies as well as sourcing & coordinating with suppliers of gifts items,
caterers & equipment hire before & on the day of the event to ensure that all
runs smoothly.
• Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other
documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation
software.
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine
their significance and plan their distribution.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records
management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other
meetings.
• Make travel arrangements for executives
* Handling all cash transactions including deposits and withdraws from to
accounts.
* Branch petty cash miscellaneous transactions.
* Performing credit cards monthly installment through customer personal
account or cash.
* Daily reporting to main branch including reports of transaction & cheques.
* Refilling branch ATM machine.
* Customer complains handling and problem resolving.
