Conducting TNA for the whole organization
Setting the KPIs for the training & development team
Establish internal R&D in which develop training materials for the courses and launch any new program/ project in the organization
Providing internal soft skills trainings for all the employees
Create and develop TOT program to graduate internal trainers
Set with training providers to customize functional courses according to the training needs
Develop Competency framework for the company based on simultaneous brainstorming and workshops
Assists in the job descriptions validation for the organizational positions
Setting the SOP for the training and development department
Set the training plan and the related budget
Establish a training tracking and evaluation system
Manage the training team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the courses
- Putting the Scorecard key indicators for the operations in the entire sectors; Industrial, commercial, corporate, and service.
- Reviewing the Action Plans throughout the year and approve any further modifications
- Responsible for the development of the E-learning project
- Issuing the HR Certification Program

- Administering the tracks courses for all the employees
- Selecting Nominees from all over the organization
- Developing internal courses and new materials for other courses
- Choosing the best providers whether inside Egypt or outside
- Developing and improving current systems (Evaluation, Designing, etc.)
- Responsible for following up the logistics specialists.
- Conducting TNA for all the trainees.
- Following up sites’ training specialists.
- Prepare training reports (courses losses, a yearly attendance reports..etc)
- Responsible for the overall administration of tests and evaluation of candidates.
- Conducting Initial Interviews
- Contact sites and plants to identify their needs.
- Performs reference and background check on applicants.
- Files, maintains, and tracks employment records for future reference
- Assists with all the Human Resources Department activities and operations as necessary.
- Following up on finalizing the selection of candidates.
- Coordinates with headhunters to open new channels with prospective candidates
- Coordinate interviews between managers and candidates.
- Responsible for the overall administration of tests and evaluation of candidates.
- Screening and filtering applicants’ CVs and classifying them according to job categories and requirements.
- Assist in the launch of major projects and events (e.g. Employment Fairs, On-line recruitment)
- Develops and maintains a network of outside contacts including recruiters, agencies, professional organizations and schools in order to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Manage advertising agencies on the current placement of employment ads. And fully utilizes sites for internet recruiting.
- Works with managers to develop hiring objectives to meet business needs.
