Identify and propose suitable promotions and media campaigns to gain maximum publicity and visibility for the products.
Coordinate with the retail outlets for booking of favorable locations and personalized unites for displaying given brands/products for maximum mileage.
Liaise with the display team for special event and product displays in the retail stores.
Arrange the in store promotions by booking the space with retail outlets, liaising with the display team to ensure installation is done as per schedule.
Prepare competitive activity/launch/promotional report.
Maintain the advertising and promotion expense file and prepare an expenditure report.
Arrange documents and pictures for all promotions/events/products launches for easy access and reference.
Liaise with the principal’s merchandising team & obtain counter designs &staging guidelines, & implement brand merchandising guidelines in the point of sales.
Follow up on counter production & installation with local suppliers.
