Change the floor set on weekly basis as per the weekly promotions, order the required marketing materials and making sure that are being delivered on time and confirm to the marketing department once received.
Making sure to confirm receiving any promotional test sms upon any promotional events, and get feedback from customers confirming receiving it.
Manage customer's complaints and coordinate to solve them with the customer care department within timely manner.
Make sure to implement the semiannual sale preparations by conducting the scheduled plan prior of 2 weeks of the launch date, that is about creating an action plan for the quantities that need to be cleared and suggest them to the operation manager, schedule the Rota (staff schedule) during the sale period to meet the rush hours and making sure there are enough staff members to cover during it, the action plan should also include a clear plan for the visual guidelines and making sure that it could be implemented and suggest alternatives if the guideline are not applicable to the store. Removing all sales items from the floor area and make sure that are priced correctly with the before and after price.
Conducting stock takes and prepare for it by contributing in the action plan that is set to be done.
Escalates incidents by taking into consideration the nature of the incident and the department that is involved in solving it.
Conducting surprise cash counts for the cash and the safe on weekly and daily basis.
Receiving shipments and making sure that are no discrepancies, and escalates if any occurs and follow up until they are solved.
