• Arrange travel logistics for various business and personal trips

• Follow up on pending affirms to ensure completeness of all jobs. Approve Affirm records on behalf of partners after ensuring proper RM policies are applied.
• Seek & apply knowledge; share information and expertise with support staff team especially less experienced staff and offer guidance according to PwC standards.
• Promote effective communication within the team; helping others to resolve conflicts or difficulties.
• Supervise and coordinate PwC sponsorship at various conferences and seminars.
• Screens incoming calls and handle as appropriate according to the chairman preference.
• Performs other duties as may be required.
