Detailed duties:
Projects name: \[ Al Morouj city KSA -Streetscape for Coastal Road of The Special Economic Zone at Duqm SEZAD Oman - CFC Cairo festival sports club project - EEHC sports club (New Administrative Capital)\]
\[Leading urban design & landscape team. Design from scratch (Urban & Landscape) to Design development stage with experience in architectural and infrastructure construction issues, including coordination of various design disciplines, development phasing, & Preparing full technical packages issuing from concept design, through Design development, final master plan and Ministerial decree, permits to Landscape Tender documents\].
Coordinate with external works packages & Preparing full technical issuing from concept design as a Senior Urban Designer, through Design development, final master plan, permits to Tender documents and supporting the business development service by developing technical ideas moreover developing EHAF work system through activating (BIM) software in all upcoming projects for Mapping & Infrastructure scope of work in addition to leading design team
Participate in re urban planning, waterfront projects, mixed use planning & residential projects in both strategic and detailed phases, participated in issuing all required submittals from concept & master planning until streetscape submittals and coordinate with external works packages.\]
Has been awarded on 12/1/2016, In Urban Design and Landscape architecture, Architectural department Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University.
