Responsible to create & manage the corporate structure for OSC Saudi. OSC Saudi is a manufacturer, machine shop services provider and operator of pre-built industrial facilities. My responsibilities include the creation and management of shared services support functions such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, QHSE, IT & Facilities Management.

 Pioneering Role: Served as the first hire post OSCs relocation from the UAE, playing a
pivotal role in establishing the headquarters and support services in Saudi Arabia.
 Operational Excellence: Led the setup and relocation of various divisions, ensuring full
compliance with government and localization requirements. Developed comprehensive
policies and procedures to facilitate this transition.
 Strategic Talent Acquisition: Recruited and managed top talent across core functions,
growing the workforce from 120 to 180 employees, including 80 direct reports, by 2021.
Achieved a Saudization rate of 41% and made significant strides in women empowerment
by recruiting 11 women, including in senior management.
 Departmental Oversight and Efficiency: Monitored departmental progress, aligning
with strategic objectives. Reduced overtime costs by 71% through resource optimization
and talent upskilling.
 Innovative Business Expansion: Spearheaded the successful relocation of all shared
services by 2020, centralizing support at the corporate level, a first in the companys
history since 1960. Initiated new business development with King Salman Energy Park
(SPARK) and attracted new customers, driving growth for manufacturing and service
divisions.

Launched by Saudi Aramco in December 2015, and inline with Saudi Arabias 2030 Vision, The In Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) program is designed to drive domestic value creation and maximize long-term economic growth and diversification to support a rapidly changing Saudi economy. As the IKTVA project manager, I am responsible for maximizing Schlumbergers In-Kingdom investments by increasing local spend, increasing the employment, training and development of Saudi nationals and identify investment opportunities that benefit both Schlumberger and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Supply Chain Innovation: Initiated and managed the supply chain network for
Schlumbergers unconventional resources project, enhancing operational efficiencies.
- Operational Optimization: Streamlined wellsite operations by reducing suppliers from
17 to 3 per site through strategic market research and negotiations, thereby improving
proficiencies and cost management.
- Strategic Leadership: Oversaw procurement, inventory, logistics, and facilities for
Unconventional Resources, contributing significantly to Schlumbergers competitive edge
and ability to meet Aramcos demands.

Leveraged supply-chain experience and mentored startup founders to manage and
launch their businesses.

Responsible to leverage segments volume to reduce purchase prices, manage inventory to match operational forecast, setup logistics networks to support field operations and manage facilities to optimize access to resources.

Assigned to source, pre-qualify, tender and procure for all Schlumberger Engineering and Construction projects throughout 2014 and 2015. Projects include one state of the art Schlumberger Research Center based in Dhahran Techno Valley and the other project is the new Maintenance Operations Base in Dammam 2nd Industrial City. Also, Advise the Schlumberger Middle East and India Facilities Management Team on process improvement opportunities, cost reduction initiatives, HSE best practices for Facilities and assisted in the implementing the sourcing and tendering guidelines for detailed design and constructions projects.

Strategic Implementation: As Middle East Process Improvement Manager, led the
rollout of key policies, procedures, and KPIs for Facilities Management across the region.
Achieved recognition with the Bronze Award in 2012 for the Capitalize Schlumberger to
Deliver Bahrain Economic Vision initiative. Logistics Leadership: Managed national and international logistics operations for
Wireline services as Segment Logistics Specialist and Country Logistics Center Manager.

• Responsible for the execution and management of International and Domestic logistics operations for improving the service level provided to field operations. In charge of all matters related to Import and export compliance and timely movement of goods at an optimum cost
• Responsible for all imports/exports of Radioactive and Explosive shipments
• Implemented the Schlumberger Country Logistics Center in Bahrain by applying fundamental methods for analyzing and designing procedures in order to perform daily operations while implementing the logistics center. Introduced and implemented standardized processes, organizational structure and business systems
• Outsourced the Schlumberger chemical warehouse storage facility to a Third Party Logistics provider

• Responsible for the execution and management of International and Domestic logistics operations for improving the service level provided to field operations. In charge of all matters related to Import and export compliance and timely movement of goods at an optimum cost
• Responsible for all imports/exports of Radioactive and Explosive shipments
• Implemented the Schlumberger Country Logistics Center in Bahrain by applying fundamental methods for analyzing and designing procedures in order to perform daily operations while implementing the logistics center.
