- Member of Human Resource and Administration Committee.
- Manage and oversee implementation of people-related services, policies, programs.
- Manage Government Relation process and oversee all government electronic service portals.

- Execute training & development plans according to business needs

- Manage training budget, supervise trainers and ensure statutory requirements are

- Oversee onboarding and introduce induction program for new employees.
- Manage Saudi Talent Acquisition (recruitment and learning)

Coordinate implementation of people-related services, policies, programs through human
resource staff and assist managers with HR issues.
Guide and supervise the following areas:
Personnel :
- Administer employment contracts.
- Address employee grievances and amicable rectification.
- Evaluate annual performance appraisals and review promotions.
- Implement corrective disciplinary procedures per project and departments’
recommendations.
- Represent HR in management meetings.
HRDF :
- Manage the HRDF online system and generate company-HRDF agreements.
- Prepare employee files in accordance with HRDF’s agreement provisions.
- Integrate company employees’ data with the HRDF system.
- Resolve HRDF employees’ registration issues.
- Monitor absenteeism and follow up on consequential procedures.
- Issue HRDF invoices.
Recruitment
- Coordinate with department managers to secure their manpower needs.
- Deal with external agencies (Philippine, India, Egypt... etc.) in the areas of selections
and interviewing needed candidates.
- Supervise hiring process and feedback Saudi Embassy.
Saudization :
- Receive manpower requisitions from business units.
- Prepare an annual recruitment plan.
- Recruit and source through various means to secure manpower (newspaper,
advertisement, website and data bank).
- Resolve HRDF employees’ registration issues.
- Conduct telephone interviews for candidates before processing them.
- Follow-up interviews and procedures for new staff recruitment.
- Review and validate employment offers and contracts.
GOSI :
- Add employees to the system and remove those whom service has ended.
- Register work injuries to process medical insurance claims and process their
financial compensations.
- Annual update of employees’ data and wages
- Supervise Saudis on client’s projects at Ras Tanura and Safaniya.
- Oversee the Saudization & Training Center.
- Manage HRDF system among other HR functions.
- Administrate HR manager’s office (meetings, keep records, ... etc.).
- Prepare requested certificates by employees.
- Execute required actions and policies for the absences.
