• To manage all engineers and supervisors in production & planning sections.
• Setting production plans (Monthly - Weekly), according to needs and priorities from sales or projects.

• Revising maintenance plans to ensure all equipments always ready
• Following up plan with production to ensure no deviation.
• Ensure applying (Six Segma & Lean production) in all sections
• Processing of 3 production lines with 150 workers and supervisor.
• Responsible for achieving production plans in time with best quality.
• Revising any cost deviation and control it.
• Ensuring all equipments are full capacity.
• Ensuring all materials required always ready before production.
• Full revision for new proto types and bill of materials.
