* Communicating with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects

* Negotiate with supplier for pricing and best
* Negotiate for shipping companies for best rate
* Responsibility for listing items with SFDA as per rules
* Implement the correct storage methods that meet the international standards.
Full responsibility for Sales and marketing.
• Retail (Showroom) business and management and performance of the store and is a key.Analyze the business, propose and implement action plans to improve results, generate sales for each product category.
• Implement ERP system (Enterprise resource planning) and improve sales team.
• Prepare annual business plan and work profit strategy.
• Re-negotiate all the Contracts with (Key clients and key support services).
• Joint business plan and CRM (Customer relation management).
• Work through KPIs and profit system
Responsibility for Modern trade channel in Central Region & Eastern Region,
Prospecting through defining and targeting potential customers and new sales channels in line with company plans, policies and ensure customer satisfaction at all times and resolve complaints swiftly and satisfactorily
•Developing and maintaining relationships with new clients and providing upper management with both information to maximize sales volume and regular reports on competitor’s activities, especially new launches, price changes and promotional
* Liaise with principal marketing department to ensure that all marketing, merchandising collateral and sales tools are available and used efficiently.
* Split annual sales targets and quantitative & qualitative objectives for areas in my region and plus Achieving data entry targets set for prospecting customers
•Recommend new Sales tactics with clients need strict handling and ensure a healthy stock situation with all clients.
• Managing Day to day Sales operation for western region (45% of KSA business) through a team of 3 sales supervisors, 1 key account Manager, One van sales supervisor and One merchandising supervisor with a total sales force of 30
Conducting sales process for important clients in Jeddah & Makkah areas for all Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Wholesalers and Chain Pharmacies and maintain healthy sales relationships with those clients
