Achievements to date:
• Developed existing export business in Tunisia, Libya, Sudan & Gaza to full distribution setup model

On top of the below defined export responsibilities responsible for end to end supply chain managing demand/supply planning, procurement, product registration, warehouse, logistics and distribution, being a member of the country EXCOM responsible also for the company’s P&L monthly management, targets setting/achievement, cost controlling, new projects & initiatives
Achievements to date:
• Restructured the Supply chain department from a headcount of 27 to 7 employees improving efficiency, focus, saving cost
• Initiated, planned & implemented a full project to shift to 3PL for all logistics activities resulting in a major saving of 0.5 million € annually, process included negotiating contract terms, prices, and full service activities in addition to assessing 5 3PL service providers

• Identified and closed all gaps in supply network reducing overall lead times by 50%
• Reworked import, freight, and clearance setup/processes resulting in annual saving of 1.2 million € in COG
• Launched S&OP improving OOS situation reaching 96% SKU availability, 98% customer service level, and improving SFA with 36 points
• Managing a team of 12 employees and a budget of over 20 Million € reporting to General Manager
