o Operations Management; Ordering & follow-up supply chain operations:
 Reviewing Production Planning
 Coordinating with Sales’ VP & Production Management for order placement
o Competence Development; Update, Evaluate & Define gaps of after sales workforce:
 Coordinating & Scheduling trainings for Service Personnel to fill skills gaps
 Coordinating with GB Academy and follow-up with results
o Warranty Operations; Supporting Warranty Team submitting claims if there’s shortage
o Business Development; Handling Technical analysis for potential models:
 Applying technical testing and validation of new models
 Selecting suitable models for new segments as per Product Manager’s request
 Viewing & updating current prices of competitors

o Branding (internal & external), Customer Service & handling large groups
o Corporate Sales, market research & competitors’ performance reporting
