•Arranging job portal training sessions for the new joinees as well as the recruiters whenever necessary

1-Fare comparison
2-Flight schedules
3-Monthly agents’ performance report
4-Annual incentive & CRS reports
•Arrange booking (groups & individuals)
•Offering products
•Participating in the preparation for workshops and study tours
•giving continuous feedback on local market
•Responsible to handle designated areas such as (but not limited to) check-in counters, boarding gates, transfer desk, offices, ramp, arrivals and special handling unit.
•Monitoring the flights and dissemination of information ensuring provision of services as per the laid down service standards.
•Responsible to monitor to motivate colleagues by briefing them.
•Use trouble-shooting techniques in the areas of jurisdiction by identifying the problem, seeking alternatives, then deciding on the correct option minimize/eliminate flight delays, passenger inconvenience.
•Maintaining the safety/Security requirements.
•Responsible to liaise with Airport security and Immigration in-order to speed-up all customer Care passengers handling process.
