Responsible for strategic financial management for EGP 3.5 billion portfolio of a leading financial institute
firm with more than 40% market share and three subsidiaries: Al Taamir Mortgage Company, Al Taamir
Leasing Company, Al Taamir Real Estate Investment Company. Ultimate responsibilities for financial
reporting, accounting, financial analysis, audits, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, tax
planning, consolidated financial statements and revenue recognition, as well as managing strategic
relationships with capital providers.

• Identified business, operational and financial risks and developed remedial actions and Identified
business drivers and provided investment ideas.
• Designed and implemented financial modeling to evaluate the expected credit loss for financial assets
and designed new procedures for new IFRS adoption.
• Championed the development and implementation of a Balanced Scorecard business performance
reporting tool to evaluate monthly results against key success measures.
• Evaluated financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities and effect
requisite modifications in budgets and other financial control systems.
• Designed and implemented stakeholder’s management system and internal control system that
enhanced control environment and mitigate fraud risks and provided assurance regrading compliance
with FRA’s rules and regulations.
• Generated quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements with recommendation to improve the
efficiency and financial performance
• Introduced revised financial organizational structure, recruited new finance staff, re-engineering
department to reduce workload and enhance control environment
