• Responsible for preparing, drafting and administering contracts during the various stages of the construction process.
• Drafting contractual correspondences to Client & Subcontractors and reviewing the Contractual aspects of both main Contract and Subcontracts.
• Managing & controlling all subcontractor’s / subcontracts documentation, data, files, claims and reports in a timely and accurate manner for all company projects.
• Selecting Subcontractors to meet all subcontract plan requirements including cost, schedule, technical and quality requirements.
• Responsible for developing, negotiating subcontracts and arranging payments.
• Managing and reporting subcontractor’s work performance.
• Maintain subcontracts templates and develop new templates as required.
• Develop and maintain digital and paper system of contracts, other documentation, and records
• Providing the required contractual support, assistance and advice on all aspects of contractual activities covering claims, variation and payments.
HARAMAIN HIGH SPEED RAILWAY PROJECT, SAUDI ARABIA - JEDDAH:
• Preparing & managing all subcontractors’ contracts related to all project works (earthworks, roadwork, culverts, drainage works...etc.) with more than 300 subcontractors.
• Supervising construction and mobilization of camps related to the project.
• Preparing & tracking all safety issues & claims with the insurance company.
• Providing the required contractual support, assistance and advice on all aspects of contractual activities covering claims, variation and payments.
• Reviewing & analyzing all executed quantities over the entire project.
• Preparing invoices for all working subcontractors in the project.
• Preparing the interim payment certificates for the project.
• Develop and maintain digital and paper system of contracts, other documentation, and records
• Drafting contractual correspondences to Client & Subcontractors and reviewing the Contractual aspects of both main Contract and Subcontracts.
• Preparing company prequalification & technical proposals documents for new projects tenders.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Managing director and the client about the work progress over the entire project.
• Supervising and Quality control all site works.
• Preparing all project reports to the client
