• Planning parts order based on the multiple factors includes sales volume, consumption rate, future requirements, R&D suggestions and the current faulty rate.
• Observing the shipments cycle starting from the shipping from HQ till the finalizing custom clearance and received in warehouse.

• Managing the shipments clearance with customs & LSP
• Managing materials and parts warehousing with Warehouses and LSP
• Managing Bidding and Creating Contracts with all related Service providers ( Clearance agencies, warehousing services providers and materials providers)
• Analyze NWC and inventory for calculating SSL and request accurate orders against the organization needs
• Monitoring optimum inventory level of parts.
• Analyses materials consumption passed on the consumption trend
• Initial materials ordering for the new equipments.
• Handle the repair and return for spare parts
• Insure all the spare parts operations done on the IT system( ICare system)
• Co-ordinate with the LSP & warehouse for materials dispatch and delivery.

• Responsible for the planning, construction and management of spare parts platform in Rep office, continued to build low-cost, high-quality delivery platform.
• Asset security management, organize assets stocktaking routinely, quarterly and yearly.
• Spare parts revenue, cost of data collection and analysis, budget, accounting for the costs and expenses, and improve spare parts business level.
• Building good relationship with customers and network operators, arrange routinely meeting with customers to solve any problems related to spare parts.
• Analyze the requirements of the consumables materials (environmental and generators Spare parts and materials), arrange with CEG the biddings, arranging the supply and distribution process, monitors the consumption rate.
• Review all the spare parts sections in the contracts of our company; create the required contracts with CEG for suppliers and lSP.
• Analyze, creating, and implementing new standards and processes to streamline operations and promote consistency across all properties.
