Project Saudi Ministry Of Finance (MOF)
Responsibility including functional implementation for Core HR, Payroll and Self Services
Perform the following activities:
-Lead TCS ERP project implementation team.
-Develop Implementation business requirements and documentation.
-Configure Oracle applications and leading the development of Oracle Application integration with 3rd party applications.
-Assign project tasks and develop application deliverables for Oracle HRMS: HR Core, Payroll and Self-Service.
-Completing project deliverables using the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology - AIM (prepared project deliverables in both English and Arabic).
-Conducting presentations and demos for clarifying and resolving any issues the customer may have regarding the Application.
-Developing relevant detailed documents and following up with the customer for completing the deliverables approval.
-Preparing project plans for implementation of the HRMS modules.
-Conducting end user training sessions to system users.
-Providing required support to the customer throughout the project phases.
Support a Core HRMS Application "Oracle 11.5.10.2"
Support the different modules of a core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Career Management in DAR AL-ARKAN Company.
Perform the following activities:
- Automation of business processes / enhancement of existing workflow by creating Dynamic business approval rules using Oracle Approval Management Engine(AME) and/or Oracle Workflow Components
- Fast Formula writing and debugging.
- Self Service, Approval using the Approval Management and Workflow Builder 2.6.
- Personalization of Oracle Application (OA) Framework Applications (SSHR Modules)
- Integrate OrgPlus with Oracle Work Structures.
- Developing and implementing technical solutions e.g. Alerts (Periodic and Event-based), stored procedures using PL/SQL, Custom reports, customization of seeded report(s), data migration/conversion etc. to address the business requirements
- Develop BI reports using Discoverer and XML Publiser.
- Conducting presentations and demos for clarifying and resolving any issues the customer may have regarding the Application
- Doing knowledge transition to the support teams ( Business and IT ) on a continuos basis for new enhancement /gaps resolution for HRMS suite
- Any other work related to HRMS modules as and when required by the business
- Conducting end user training sessions to system users
- Perform Analysis and preparing Project documentation for Property Management Impemnation
- End user Training and support.
Implementing a Core HRMS Application "Orion ERP"
Implementing the different modules of a core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Training Administration to apply all policies and procedures in Tawuniya Company.
Perform the following activities from scratch:
-Responsible for delivering solution(s) for existing and new identified gaps related to Oracle HRMS modules across departments.
-Coordinates with Business (key) Users to vision out the requirements and map it to Oracle HRMS modules functionality.
-System Analysis, Gap Analysis, Requirement Study, creating functional and technical design documents.
-Developing and implementing SQL queries & PL/SQL procedures and functions for Validation of Business rules to be incorporated in the application
