• Design, build and operate TE/WE Main & Disaster Data Center Sites.
• Lead TE/WE Networks, Infrastructure and Information Security Data Center innovation
and modernization strategy and plan covering key TE/WE DC sites in Smart-village,
Dokki & Pyramid heights.
• Lead the TE committee to receive ISO 27001 certification.
• Lead the programs for Enterprise Risk Management and Service Assurance for TE group.
• Lead TE ICT cloud solutions for enterprise customers, including governmental
organizations, financial institutions, and Banks.
• Lead Digitization programs for infrastructure and cloud services for Egyptian national
E-gov program.
• Development of Telecom Egypt group Cybersecurity Strategy & priority Plan.
• Lead and recruit Telecom Egypt IT Network, Security organization & Governance, 100+
FTEs.
• Build and operate TE SOC organization. 30 + FTEs.
• Lead the operations for IT Networks, Security & Infrastructure operations teams for TE
group.
