Joined the company as Senior SAP Consultant for QM / MM / PM / SD modules. My job responsibilities include:
• Implemented QM module in SPIMACO from August 2007 till Jun 2010 along with other modules like PP and PM implemented by their respective consultants.
• Implemented the process of inspection of the raw material at the time of Receipts from the vendor against the purchase order. Created and configured inspection types 01 and assigned them in the material master.
• Implemented the process of inspection at the time of completion of the production of finished goods. Configured the inspection type 04 and assigned it in the material master.
• Uploaded the inspection plans for the raw material and finished goods in order to create the inspection lots automatically.
• Also configures the process of stability studies for the medicines which are kept for 5 years under stability. Created different storages conditions, packages to assign them in the inspection plans.
• Configured the process of recording the defects against the vendors automatically in the system by using quality notification type "F2".
• Configured the process of recording the customer complaints by using the quality notification type "F1".
• Currently I am working on integrating the workflow with the notifications so that these notifications can be sent automatically to the concern authorities for the approvals.
SAP Implementation project is started in ARAC, sister company of SPIMACO. This company is involved in distribution of pharmaceutical products. They are currently purchasing some pharmaceutical products from local market and some from international vendors.
I am implementing the MM and SD modules in this company. We are currently in blueprint stage of the project.
