• Reporting to GM & top board.
• Complete responsibility of (supply chain, production, maintenance, technical prepress preparation and quality control).
• Oversee more than 150 employees.
• Stock controlling.
• Responsible for techno-commercial function for some multinational clients as Nestle, Philip Morris (Marlboro), Coca Cola and Mc Donald's ‘supplier, etc.
• Discuss the financial statements with top board.
• Develop the factory strategy jointly with top board.

• Implemented Lean Manufacturing Principles (2010) that helped to enhance managing/planning, reduce waste and increase the profit margin.

• Achieved a strong relationship with clients as Coca Cola, Nestle, Philip Morris, etc. by personnel monitoring increasing our efficiency for them to be 100% instead of 67%.
