Nature of work:
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

1.MAKE SURE THE CONTRACTOR MEETS HIS CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.
2.MONITORING THE CONTRACTOR'S WORK TO ENSURE THAT THE CONTRACTOR ACHIEVES THE STANDARD OF WORK SPECIFIED.
3.ISSUE SITE INSTRUCTIONS AS REQUIRED TO ENSURE THAT THE CONTRACTOR IS WORKING TO THE PLAN TO ACHIEVE CLIENT SPECIFICATIONS.
4.MAKE SURE THAT CONTRACTOR IS USING THE MATERIALS APPROVED.
5.CHECK SHOP DRAWING AND METHOD OF STATEMENT SUBMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE WITHIN CONTRACT DRAWING & SPECIFICATION.
6.SUBMIT THE DAILY REPORT TO RESIDENT ENGINEER WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
•DAILY ACTIVITIES.
•DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED AND DELAYS.
•INSTRUCTIONS ISSUED TO THE CONTRACTOR.
7.MAKE SURE WORK IS CARRIED OUT ACCORDING TO CONTRACT DRAWINGS.
8. MAKE SURE THAT SAFETY MEASURES ON SITE HAS BEEN FOLLOWED STRICTLY BY THE CONTRACTOR IN ORDER TO AVOID INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.
9. MAKE SURE THAT THE CONTRACTOR IS MAINTAINING THE SITE IN TIDY AND CLEAN CONDITION DURING THE ENTIRE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD.
