MCV is ( Mercedes - Benz) agency for commercial vehicles - my resident job at sales Department, as a Senior sales engineer : out-door + in-door Sales for different kind vehicles such as (heavy trucks, buses, and super structures) with its variant applications for the individual clients & companies such as: travel agencies, tours companies, contractors, industrial companies, , , ,
i have an experience to work on (SAP program system) whom contains all kind of company data ( clients - deals - orders - reservations.-production lines.....)
our job roles start from advertising any new products, closing deals, securing payments, finally making good relation with customers and insuring client satisfaction

I got training for three months, and then I started to work at the Sales Department & Engineering Office in the factory to estimate the total cost for the over head cranes and steel works that produced from the factory before sending it to the customer. Here I learned a lot about motors, lifting units -Hoist-, steel works, civil works, and electrical components. Also I was always discussing the methods of handling missions with my colleagues in the Engineering Office.

As a sales maker and out-door services for some spare parts such as Breaks, Clutches, accessories, I learned how to deal with different kinds of customers. It also developed my financial experience, teaching me market treatment +closing deals, gave me confidence to be self motivated and good planer .
