• Re-establishing the relationships with local banks that provide the company with financing facilities.

o Setting the strategies and financial and management procedures with all work modules in Qatar and Saudi.
o Participating in financial year closure 2009/2010 and issuing the financial statements as per Qatari and Saudi laws.
• I supervised the closure of financial years and the issuance of financial statements in multiple Saudi companies and establishments.

• Ensuring the implementation of the company financial strategy and general policies and procedures relating to finance and accounting function.
