Responsibilities:
• Preparing marketing studies and identifying opportunities for the products future success.
• Planning and executing sales strategies for marketing that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Defining annual sales volume by product and planning the monthly and annual sales target for each district by product for sales team.
• Setting clear and measurable goals and establishing a strategy for reaching them and evaluating the success.
• Monitoring the process of implementing the market plan as well as the results in sales and market shares, also preparing The monthly, Quarterly and yearly sales analysis.
• Getting data and information in the field of competition and recommending the best way to distinguish the product among its competitors.
• Analyzing data in order to monitor performance and progress, improvements plans, future Planning capacity, recommend material, d new strategies development, and enhancing services .
• Defining market needs for new products and setting up the most proper time for launching new products according to the market status.
• Setting the promotional plan needed to promote each product and indicating its impact on competitors.
• Training and motivating the staff to improve their skills in a matrix environment and able to build a powerful, effective, and cooperative team and develop responsibility, trust and loyalty.
• Providing timely feedback to senior management and assisting sales executives in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Maintaining and establishing good relationship with key persons and concerned Departments in Private and Public sectors.
• Expanding the customer base in the marketing area.
• Conducting visits to the field and follow up sales team and how they are practically implementing the market plan.
• Setting Incentive and bonus ratio for the Sales team.
• Following up account receivable and solving collection problems.
• Planning department budget and controlling expenses to keep cost always within budget.
• Ensuring that the company policies and procedures are followed up without any alteration and within the time frames set.
