The main goal is to reduce the cost of rentals, conserve company resources and preserve assets by following up on regular vehicle maintenance.
Reducing traffic violations from the Transport Authority, such as not having operating cards and overloading.
Providing, selecting and training new drivers.

- Administering the day to day rent a car
operations covering Business Development, Fleet
Management, Finance and HR.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction so
that set standards are met and exceeded.
- Recommend process of improvements so that the
front end operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manages and improves the operational systems,
processes and policies in support of organizations
mission specifically, support better management
reporting, information flow and management,
business process and organizational planning.
- Contributes to short and long-term
organizational planning, including initiatives
geared toward operational excellence.
- Oversees overall operational and financial
management, planning, systems and controls
with the General Manager Department.
- Develops and maintains annual budget with the
GM & Finance Department.
- Performs on-going in-depth analysis of sales,
sales agreement and promotion performance
data.
- Measures and reports sales & profit performance
on a regular basis.
- Performs other tasks as required by the GM -
Department.
- Upholding company standards by ensuring cars
are presentable to customers.
- Clean and service facilities to ensure customer
satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance of procedures and
recommend new procedures or changes to
existing procedures so that revenue and vehicle
movement is accurately and completely
accounted for.
- Ensure accuracy of documentation and system
entry to achieve zero-error records.
- Ensure maintenance of the location as per set
standards and enhancement of brand image.
- Liaise with Quality, Fleet, Driver and Customer.
- Managing & preparing documents for purchasing new vehicles from suppliers.
- Responsible for Fleet arrangements as per requirement.
- Manage the expenditure of fleet and transport function (maintenance and fuel management).
- Monitor the movements of all company vehicles.
- Monitor the performance / running condition and accuracy of each unit assigned on all station.
- Schedule the maintenance of any vehicles needs service.
- Preparing all documentation pertaining to registration, insurance, police report and insurance claim.
- Manage the physical inventory of unit assigned to all outlets, and ensure all are accounted for.
- Coordinate with outlet regarding the availability / requirements of units.
- Opening and closing details of all vehicle undergone maintenance and also data entry of all limousine driver details.
- Coordinate with the service center regarding any breakdown or repair of vehicles.
- Recommending actions such as transfer of units to another outlet or suggesting disposal base on fleet utilization.
- Takes down outlet supervisor / driver complaint regarding problems encountered on assigned vehicles.
- Conducts quality checking of cars before delivering to outlet after coming from service Center.
- I was responsible for the overall management of the financial and operational performance of company location.
- Responsible for delivery of revenue growth through ancillary revenue, margin improvement, effective utilization and a continuous improvement in service quality.
- Through effective leadership of the frontline operations team.

- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality product.
- Responsible for Fleet Maintenance.
- Makes procedural and operational recommendations to the Fleet Manger, and supervises changes in organization and administrative operation of the shop area as directed.
- Provides assistance to the Fleet Manger in a variety of functions, including management of operational programs, and special project coordination.
- Coordinates between the different sections administration.
- Monitors all vehicle related expenditures including traffic violations tracking.
- Carries out regular progress checks on vehicles under servicing and repair.
- Ensures road permits and insurances are valid.
- Coordinates with the garage insurance and the police for any accident issues.
- Resolves unforeseen technical issues of the fleet.
- Manage the physical inventory of unit assigned to all outlets, and ensure all are accounted for.
- Coordinates outside fleet repairs through the Fleet Department.
- Remains available for emergency situations in an on-call status after regular work hours.

Bachelor's Degree of management and information systems . The degree is accredited by Egyptian High Education Ministry May 1996. GPA : Very Good.
