Monitor the overall performance of the management, and follow-up indicators to measure performance continuously, and monitor the performance of staff and directing them to carry out the tasks assigned to them efficiently and effectively.
Follow up the implementation of the strategic objectives of management, plans and programs in line with the strategic plan of the company.
Make sure there is adequate resources and budgets to carry out the tasks required of the administration smoothly, efficiently and effectively.
Contribute to the development of annual budgets for the management, control permanently, and ensure optimum utilization of all available resources, and the implementation of the business efficiently and effectively.
Install, configure, maintain and operate the Share point, and all windows based Servers and system.
Develop, maintain, and operate data backup.
Install, operate and upgrade operating systems and Antivirus.
Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Perform regular security monitoring and upgrade the systems with required security patches.
Maintain user accounts, e-mail systems, Internet access and VPN access.
Monitor, plan and coordinate the distribution of client / server software and service packs.
Follow the movement of vehicles through vehicle tracking software (AVL Technology).
Follow-up of cars are powered at different sites and redirect them to work according to the needs of each site.
Review insurance companies.
Analyze and prepare reports to support decisions making.
Provide other company sections by the information.
Design, develop and update the company's follow-up car Program (And ready to develop it to work in any other company according to their needs and after analysis the system) .
