Ensured full maintenance of plant’s instruments and control systems powered by Siemens Wincc SCADA system. Maintained plant’s power station of 10 MW value and eight units of Caterpillar GenSets. Set and monitored KPIs and modified various areas, including BD, ad-hoc and PM, cost, and staff utilisation within electrical and automation departments. Headed overall activities within the departments and plant while documenting the whole process to ensure smooth flow of information for operational excellence. Provided training to the team members to develop professional expertise as per company’s policies, procedures, and standards.

•Reduced electricity cost by replacing the traditional lights with the LED ones.
