Supervise overall installation of the plant and establishment of various sections. Play a key role in incorporating electrical (with power and control) and automation operational structure within the plant. Ensure appropriate power distribution to the factory and conduct load evaluation on cables, MCCs, and MDBs, while modifying the processes in alignment with new/provided specification within set time and irrespective of harsh conditions.

•Installed new factory machines within timely constraint that reduced operational cost by 30%.

SENIOR ELECTRICAL AND AUTOMATION ENGINEER 7/2013 - 7/2019
Oversaw and contribute in managing factory operations, including fresh filling, PET, and UHT areas for dairy and juice products with the production of 400 tons’ material. Ensured full maintenance of plant’s instruments and control systems powered by Siemens Wincc SCADA system. Maintained plant’s power station of 10 MW value and eight units of Caterpillar GenSets. Set and monitored KPIs and modified various areas, including BD, ad-hoc and PM, cost, and staff utilisation within electrical and automation departments. Headed overall activities within the departments and plant while documenting the whole process to ensure smooth flow of information for operational excellence. Provided training to the team members to develop professional expertise as per company’s policies, procedures, and standards.
Key Accomplishments:
•Reduced electricity cost by replacing the traditional lights with the LED ones.
•Improved operational processes through automation of various tasks and guided the maintenance team to accomplish resource utilisation of 75%.
•Ensured availability or required spare parts, machinery, and equipment by reducing breakdowns and complying with set procedures and standard practices.
•Promoted/contributed in executing quality initiatives to increase staff’s participation via interaction.
