- Customer Services centers (branches network) - Call center
- Filing station - Quality assurance - Key accounts - Complain department
- Back office (Billing, Debt recovery, Metering, new connection, environment protecting)
Responsibilities:
• Review and follow call center plans to handle over than 1.6 million calls per year within world wide KPI'S, not to exceed 5% abandoned calls
• Plan & execute "annual revenue plan", targeting over 1billion SR
• Managing total staff over 900 employees
• Run and maintain billing cycle (issuing - monitoring - adjustment)
• Monitoring branch network performance
• Budgeting, planning and compliance for customer service
