• Input and Output Management System (IOMS)

IOMS aims to convert paper-based transactions to electronic transactions to be maintained, the system works on the Web environment and we used oracle 10g.

Worked as system administrator in terms of work to develop, solve problems, train staff on the system and took the stakeholder requirements.

• E-Archiving System

We used FileNet in the archiving system because includes back-end services, development tools, and applications that address enterprise content and process management requirements.

Worked as project coordinator to follow up the system and support the team for any problems there facing .


• Government Resource Planning System (GRP)

Worked as project coordinator between accounting department and finance department and human Resources department, purchasing department starting from CRP 1 up to CRP 3.
