My scope covered the dealerships of (Manitowoc (Grove), Manitou, Kalmar, Kaup, Cascade, Epiroc, Atlas Copco, Metso:Outotec, Ammann and others).
• Manage and coach a team of Sales Engineers
• Draft and manage a budget of over $12M, as well as sales forecast per brand per annum
• Manage all supplier relationships
• Representing the company in suppliers’ overseas dealership meetings, conferences, and factory visits for customers.
• Identify expansion opportunities, such as acquiring new dealerships, new industries, and revenue streams such as (Liebherr, Genma, Alfa lift, Hiab, Sovam).
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
• Responsible for machines' technical build-up, to match usual/special market requirements
• Manage stock holding and stock levels
• Oversee stock ordering
• Employing advanced sales strategies to increase revenue
• Maintain and manage customer experience and feedback
• Oversee a rental scheme initiation for some of our brands
• Grow department sales by studying customers’ requirements and parameters to promote the right solution.
• Develop and deliver presentations demonstrating how a product meets customer needs.
• Educate and advise customers on the benefits of using our solutions.
• Gathering market intelligence
• Providing timely and concise feedback to management regarding ongoing deals.
