In this role, I was the Coordinator between the Recreation Department and the Engineering Department, I was trained on all Department equipment and facilities in order to perform the following job description:

- Inspect the facilities and the equipments periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance plans.
- Being on call for any maintenance issue which requires an immediate action.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work in coordination with the Engineering Department.
- Prepare monthly prevention maintenance schedules and allocate work in coordination with the Engineering Department.
- Inspect and maintain buildings (e.g. Bowling, Water-sports, Surf-pool, outdoor Pools, GYM, Sauna…)
- Monitor inventory (mechanical and perpetual) of materials and equipment
- Participate in coordination of the Department projects (e.g. renovations)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

On 2018, as my managerial and bilingual skills meet the position, I was promoted as Recreation Department Supervisor, I was performing the same above job description with more responsibilities (e.g. staff management, recruitment, events planning, training and job coaching, budgeting)

Production Manager at kmmimech materiel de construction

The company started as a small business in 2008 and grew up successfully to a certain level where a lean manufacturing system was required to improve both, production and product quality, in order to maintain the business growth, and here comes my role as a production and quality assurance Engineer.
Detected issues:
- The production was slow and sporadic due to the unorganized supply chain, workflow, workload, manpower, lack of equipments and raw materials supplies, no preventive maintenance and no safety measures applied.
- The quality wasn’t consistent due to the absence of the quality control system standards
- Wastage in terms of time and materials
Elaborated action plan based on PDCA methodology:
Reestablishing the production flow, with a mapped supply chain, based on the raw material transformation type and the product manufacturing order with different stations linked together as a production chain,
Elaboration of SOPs documentation for each work station, with a maintained updates based on operations issues which led to avoid all types of wastage (time, material, manpower, operation...) in order to give the most added value.
. Recruit and reorganize the manpower based on operations requirement and needed skills, implementation of Taylor manufacturing system followed by training session to the Team on their specified SOP.
Implementation of Kanban manufacturing methodology in order to control the work flow, equalize the workloads and plan the production based on received orders to avoid the production excess.
Enhancement of the safety protocols, training sessions conducted on the usage of PPE and their benefits
Implementation of the KPIs system, in to the production stations, in order to improve their efficiency and identify their highest performance which led to fix the production objectives and better estimation of orders expedition due dates.
Implement the preventive maintenance system and provide more equipment to the team based on operations needs and workload,
Robotize the raw materials cutting, purchasing of 2 programmable cutting machines, for more precision and supplies to the work stations to maintain both production flow and quality.
Rebuild the Quality Control System based on KPIs, with a well trained Team performing a quality assessment patrols with daily and monthly quality reports and data analyses in order to monitor our product quality progress
Implementation of the 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain) methodology which leads to the continuous improvement or lean manufacturing processes and visual work place.
