o Responsible for delivering and supporting all components of associate progress through to certification.

o Assist with the orientation, training and coaching of staff, management and other stakeholders to increase efficiency within the workplace in line with the associated business improvement required.
o Participate and execute adherence to company and distributor policy and procedure compliance.
o Ensure the successful implementation of distributor technical training, fix it right activities, value chain and distributor fundamentals training activities.
o Monitor, review and implement occupational health and safety, operational standards, technical support training activities.
o Ensure all technical processes are implemented and adhered to from a Brand Principal point of view.
o Conduct on-going dealer visits to identify individual training requirements, provide on the job development support, coaching and post course follow up activities.
o Provide network support where necessary either within the network or at customer site.
o Support all branches with training in relation to technical support in terms of campaigns, service schedules and equipment audits.
o Ensure compliance with Brand Principals and adherence to all distributor policies, related to training.
o Support new model launch activities and external company training by way of material development with the support of the technical training team and subsequent delivery.

• To lead and direct supervisors and technicians closely to ensure the service work going within the company and the manufacturer standards.
• To follow closely every single service job with the supervisor and technicians to grantee the correct job procedures, cost and income.
• To follow and manage the Service Contracts costing, drafting and tracking to fulfill the agreement terms and conditions and increase the company income.
• To plan, organize and control the service manpower distribution according to the working sites needs and volume of work to achieve the field service target of covering all the working sites to insure the machines availability.
• To monitor and evaluate the supervisors and technicians performance to develop and increase the efficiency and performance level.
• To plan and organize the on job training for the new technicians with the senior technicians to develop their skills.
• To receive the Service Contracts and field service jobs reports from supervisors and technician, analyze the reports and precede the necessary actions for invoicing and documentations.
• To send regular reports of the service operation to the top managements to monitor, direct and advice to develop the service and Service Contracts operations

 Understanding/applying the 6 Sigma/ Lean 6 Sigma methodologies on projects, starting from As-Is & To-Be process mapping.
 Performing Productivity Assessment, Time and Motion Study, Transaction Time Analysis, Skills Gap Analysis, and Cost Reduction Practices, utilizing applicable KPI's
 Ensuring that the improved process stays improved.
 Providing face-to-face feedback to the management on projects and results.

 Leading and influencing others in teams through education/communication that the change in methodology is the right thing to do

• Leading the Junior Instructors and providing training, coaching, and mentoring, and individuals’ development plans for them.
• Setting and maintaining the annual training plans and schedules, and Budgeting.
• Leading Curriculum Development and Training Material Development activities using suitable Instructional Design Model,
• Following up the technicians and the instructors’ development plans and making the required modifications.
• Participating in technicians and instructors’ periodic assessments.
• Participating in the interviewing and hiring processes for technical staff
• Performing all the training instructor’s duties:
o Preparing and Delivering training courses (In class & OJT)
o Preparing and organizing ongoing training programs and annual training schedules.

 Performing all Spare Parts ordering and selling operations.

 Running Pre-delivery Inspection (PDI) for all Caterpillar machines.
 Inspecting and repairing all Caterpillar machines' systems (cooling, lubrication, fuel, air intake, hydraulic, power train, steering, and brake) and main components (engine, transmission, pump, motor, and undercarriage).
 Handling all the jobs' paper works, i.e. opening job, ordering parts, receiving them, and closing the job.

Assisting in teaching many subjects and labs.
