• Install and configure wireless routers for clients.
• Install radio devices such as ubiquity( Nano Bridge) as a point to point link
• Provide post installation technical support for clients
• Provide advisory service on internet applications and computer systems
• Act as Key Account manager to accounts of Corporate clients
• Conduct training sessions for individual clients

• Providing Information to customers on existing and current Products and Services.
• Facilitating the Remote SIM change service.
• Promoting sales by introducing new products and explaining their value to customers.
• Handling customer complaints to promote total customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
• Upsell products and services

• Responsible for technical issues concerning mobile internet.
• Assisting customers with technical issues concerning wireless modems.
• Troubleshooting with customers to identify internet errors at hand.
• Assisting customers to activate the Blackberry service.
• Taking customers through manual GPRS activation.
• Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
