• Assisting of restaurant people on training matters(MC & POS)
• Preparing variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating/discussing with the relevant parties
• Updating and maintaining of recipes in to the system(MC)
• Updating of selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons
• Continuously study weaknesses in controls implemented at the restaurants and suggest for improvements
• Undertake any other duties as requested by the General Manager
• Ensure purchase orders are properly authorized by management according to authority level
• Ensure issues for storeroom are supported by approved stock requisition.
• Participating for stock take at the restaurants.
As Warehouse MNG:

• All administration matters to be carried out according to company policy and the direction of the accountant and the Financial Controller.
• Carry out inventories as agreed with Financial Controller or from Head Office of food and beverage stocks.
• Deal with any variances and carry out recounts as informed by Financial Controller.
• Ensure that correct disciplinary procedures are adhered to.
• Preparing the cost reports on a monthly and weekly basis.
• Ensure that the set standards are kept and crew members work according to their respective job descriptions.
• Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved. Review quotations.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
• Assist department in developing and implementing purchasing strategies for products.
