Leading the efforts for piping and steel work progress reports for management of fabrication & welding, erection, hydro testing and punch listing (snagging) to MC (mechanical completion)
Supervision of procurement and Material management departments including authorizing purchase orders and reviewing procurement plan updates
Commercial and contract work with contract department to respond to contract letters and sensitive commercial related letters, pursuant of likely delay events and record with the employer.

Participate in mechanical and civil project control assessments for all CCIC projects.
Arrange meetings with clients and with project team, pre set-ups meetings, and interface meetings
Project support in all aspects, including software, in-house application installation, getting involved in Engineering, Automation, planning/progress monitoring, material/procurement, QA/QC and certification set ups,
Frequently following up each project on monthly basis, assessing current situation, to make sure pre-set is maintained and client satisfaction is met. Quarterly Assurance and Audit the project departments if functioning properly.
