Responsible for:
-Qualifying leads and opportunities to achieve the assigned target against the assigned territory
-Demonstrating and presenting Critical Care products to end-users and highlight the USP in addition to tackle the competitions.
-Communicating with customers on daily basis to secure the current and future business opportunities.
-Providing product support to the client and working with other internal groups to secure and plan healthcare projects across the assigned territory.
-Arranging marketing event and participating on the scientific events to enhance the sales figures and public awareness about Critical Care Products.
A fairly comprehensive position including involvement in Design, Technical Consulting, Sales & Negotiation, and Technical Support. Sales & Negotiation part includes random/specific site-visits, company briefing, design and portfolio display, and finalizing projects through employing various tactics. The technical support part ensures the client is always satisfied with the products supplied by the company by providing technical know how (installation, commissioning, and maintenance recommendations).
Completed an internship in Preccon Robotics GmbH in the field of PLC programming and simulation of robots and robotic systems. Involved in the complete process of automation of production lines including Brainstorming, PLC programming using structured text language, robotic gripper design and manufacturing, robot programing, enhancement and development of small automated systems etc…
Completed an internship in maintenance department at Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC in the HVAC and machine system maintenance.
Main completed courses : Machine Design, Electrical Machines, Microprocessor and Microcomputer Systems, Sensors and Actuators, Robotics, Manufacturing Processes, Automatic Control Systems, Real-Time Controllers, Programmable Logic Controllers. Bachelor thesis in separation of cells from blood. Design of miso-optic systems for the purpose of counting the number of particles flowing in a blood simulating solution.
