• KPI’S Build and achievement : Put the standards and build KPI’s for Facilities department.
• Checklists and Systems Checking : Creating the daily, weekly and monthly checklists to insure top operation for all systems like ( Fire Alarm System, Generators, Chillers … etc ) and to extend the life cycle for these systems .
• Vendors and Outsource Contracts : Create a vendor list and managing all outsource contracts, signing new contracts with a qualified companies and following the high standards related to company goals and plans .
• Fit-Out Projects Management : Responsible for all new remodeling inside showrooms and warehouses .
• Maintenance of the production plant, grounds and facilities.
• Develop SOP’s and maintenance checklists.
• Study and signing contracts with suppliers according to the specifications required.
• Supervising the work progress according to the approved timetable
• Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.
• Attending meetings and competently communicate with contractors and major asset owner and stakeholder
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design
