Perform all formulation and regulatory affairs related to Nutridar products in addition to all systems and procedures related to R&D activities, in addition of
being a member in the technical committees related to the preparation of regulations and standards related to infant products at Jordan Standards and
Metrology Organization (JSMO) and member of the infant milk registration committee updating law at Jordan Food & Drug Admiration (JFDA)

Research new products/projects according to the market trend.
• New projects handling and follow up.
• Review and synthesize the outcomes of research studies.
• All Research activities that are related to new and current products and
manufacturing process.
• Report, review and synthesize the outcomes of research studies
• Work under the risk management umbrella
• Contribute in upgrading the manufacturing process to improve efficiency
and reduce cost.
• Participate in the validation process

Prepare the entire required registration file to be registered at Jordan FDA
and all other export markets.
• To register trademarks in targeted market.
• To identify importing countries regulatory requirements for export.
• To follow up and comply with international and Jordanian regulatory
requirements for finished products and raw materials.
• Research all regulations related to produced products in targeted markets
• Contribute in the identification of products specifications and required tests
• Update products registration
• Identify required tests to release products
• To check all products labels text and provide the regulatory advice.
• Participating in the new projects validation and verification (Micro
ingredients mixing at France).

Develop new products according to the market trend.
• Develop methods of analysis for new and existing products.
• To develop all specifications for raw and packaging materials and for
finished products.
• Follow up all activities related to stability study.
• Contribute in products validation.
• Conduct sensory evaluation for all new and existing products and report on
the results.
• Contribute in the design of packaging materials
• Develop and monitor the manufacturing procedure for all new products
