* Achieve sales targets assigned and contribute to the overall achievement of the team. * Tracking daily sales activities. * Ensure all processes are going under the company policy. * Share information with sales team on what vehicles are currently listed in the Showroom and stock and the current values of those vehicles (reporting required allocation for management). * Arrange and maintain the showroom display of vehicles. Ensure that each displayed vehicle has an informational package that clearly and concisely describes relevant and sustainable factual information about the vehicle & with regarding to NISSAN policy. * Establish and maintain strong professional communications internally and externally (Maintain Standard level of CSS results). * Assisting and coordinating with the sales coordinators, business managers and service parts department to ensure that customer service is up to the standard upon delivering the vehicle to the customer. * Various other duties Hold meetings with team to determine Deal status, salesperson performance with face-to-face inquiries and telephone inquiries, direct follow-up practices, direction on coaching/training requirements and reconditioning status. * Responsible for communicating internally with other departments concerning my team requirements & customer needs. * Daily, weekly& monthly reports for all sales actions and records is reported to
1. Ensure full awareness of all products provided and is constantly updated on all
changes and amendments on product features, procedures and processes.
2. Promote Bank products by providing consistent, accurate and transparent
information to customers.
3. Follow up and close selling/cross selling lead.
4. Educate self on existing procedures and products.
