Extending the scope of RISAL QMS system to include RISS operations and successfully add it to accreditation.
Managed to upgrade, qualify & audit RISAL Health & Safety management system from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001 version and successfully passed accreditation.

During my job as quality manager I was assigned as super user in installation and implementation of RISS ORACLE Supply Chain Module to control the procurement and inventory processes (Project start August 2013- Completed in April 2014)
Continuous supervision of radiation safety practices related to radiography service and providing advice and leadership to radiation safety team in compliance with the Nuclear & Radiological Regulatory Commission (NRRC)
Provide advice and assistance to all concerned on all aspects of radiation safety.
Establishing proper radiation protection system that safely manages and controls the use and maintenance of radioactive materials within RISS facilities and projects
Training of workers who depend on them protection so that they can understand their responsibilities and carry out their duties
Approve proposals for procurement, use and transfer of radioactive sources.
Receive and monitor all shipments of radioactive materials, delivering acceptable incoming shipments to the company and ensuring that outgoing shipments conform to shipping regulations.
Arrange training programs in the protection and security of radioactive sources for workers and hold lectures and meetings on the protection and safety
Maintain permanent records of receipt, use, transfer and disposal of radioactive materials and all other records required by Nuclear & Radiological Regulatory Commission NRRC previously KACARE.
Prepare applications for new and renewal of company practice licenses for all areas
Assign personal monitoring devices (film badges, dosimeters, etc.) when necessary, give instructions in their use and maintain personal dose records.
Check radiation monitoring and survey instruments for proper operation and calibration as required by regulations.
Assist in the design and selection of equipment, shielding and facilities and in the formulation of operating procedures for new or modifications of existing installations or buildings.
Make and keep records of systematic surveys in areas where the presence of radiation and notify the area supervisor of the results. In some cases, this may require detailed monitoring of an operation from beginning
Report hazardous radiological conditions promptly to the individual when necessary, to the immediate supervisor and NRRC.
Supervise and operate emergency procedure.
Ensure that radiography service is performed under approved radiographic work permits
Enforce all written directives of the NRRC.
Stop any operation that it will lead to violations or hazards.
Be familiar with the international and national regulations related to radiation and be aware of changes in such regulations as they occur, to inform the Committee when such changes make
Keep the management updated regarding to radiation safety issues and requirements.
Conduct frequent site visits to inspect storage facilities and shooting and make sure that are maintained in good conditions and comply with radiation safety practices and procedures.
Inspect the RT technicians at projects to make sure they follow and aware of procedure requirements
i have extensively worked with different levels and grades of students teaching them physics and maths.
