Job responsibilties:-
- Achieve consistent Customer Service Level of 85% or higher
- Answer Rate of 97% or higher
- Achieve 81.09% monthly Perfect Order score for Market
- Inventory Control and Stock Accuracy (Target >99%)

- Diligent and friendly service that leaves the customer feeling satisfied, and customer satisfaction will be reflected and measured on the NPS Score (Target >64%).
- Process orders, forms, reports and requests as per managements instructions
- Prober Communications with customer through email and will be checked and
Analyzed on quarterly basis
- Ensure that JnJ SOP and Policies are implemented and strictly observed
- Process Special orders on unavailable SKUs which have been ordered and
confirmed by customers
- Get feedback from customers via the delivery team and resolve issues and/or
coordinate with immediate superior and other departments when necessary
- Responds promptly to customers complaints on delivery delays/ problems and
escalate immediately to the Operation manager
- Provide weekly DX tracking Sheet to management and JNJVC
- Keep records of customers interactions and document procedures.
- Capture all out of Stock SKU’s requested by customer and report it back to CS
Analyst on weekly basis
- Attend to Walk-in Customers on inquiries and orders
- Track all out bound shipments sent with Courier and ensure on Time Deliveries
- EHS compliance, maintaining a safe working environment and reporting of any
series EHS incident immediately within 2 hours to senior management
