prepared reports including financial due diligence, market sizing and industry analysis
o Participated in valuation of fixed assets at Kyzylkumcement JSC, Navoi within the framework of
privatization in Uzbekistan
o Led the project appraising a large copper factory, Kazacopper, Benkala in Western Kazakhstan,
individually conducted site visit of all facilities and prepared financial model
o Participated in the preparation for large privatization program of state owned assets in Kazakhstan as part
of project team comprised of three offices doing business diagnostics and financial valuation of two
subsidiary railway companies JSC KTT and JSC VZhDO
o Developed a long term strategy and business model for two subsidiary companies of the largest uranium
producer in the world, assessed scenarios via sensitivity analysis and generated strategic options to
maximize revenue
