As an Procurement Manager, My work scope covers the whole process of procurement of the raw materials for the production of modified plastic polymers on local and International level starting from yearly planning, budget planning, yearly and monthly contract execution till end of inbound of raw materials(PA6, PP, ABS, HDPE, LDPE, JPOE, POE, glassfiber, anti-oxidants ) .as well as to discover and initiate the International trading opportunities where we focus on other materials as well . Being a manager, I am also a very target and team work oriented .I am also really energetic to challenge any given task .
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the customers in finding products of their choice, answering questions, and overseeing successful finalization of sales deals.
• Managing all important post-sales details involving invoicing, generation of delivery order, and coordinating with logistic team to guarantee quality of work exceeds expectations.
• Representing the company professionally yet maintaining highest customer service standards to promote company’s brand at highest levels.
• Overseeing and maintaining cleanliness while adhering to the company policies for best display of products.
• Carefully listening to customer complaints, escalating more serious issues to senior management levels and following up to resolve them on timely basis.
• Building and improving relationship with existing customers to identify as well as capitalize on opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional furniture items.
• Developing core concepts for new products in collaboration with interior designers and other creative professionals as per market trends as well as through analysis of successful competitor products.
• Mentoring junior sales staff to remain motivated, offering training, and developing their organizational skills to effectively contribute to company business development objectives.
• Exceeding assigned business development targets on continuous basis through strong networking, referral sales, and direct marketing to customers.
• Assisting the senior management in development of annual sales plan by contributing business acumen and customer feedback about the various products offered.

• Conducted guided tours, trained demonstrators on displaying products, and ensured all important details for various events had been adequately taken care of.
• Suggested purchase of different products, visited trade shows in other parts of the world to market products and collected fee or donations.
• Carried out other important tasks as desired by the role including delivering speeches, demonstrating product details through presentations, and developed informational brochures.
