Generating leads through industry network and from market
Arranging in person meeting for first hand presentation of Solar roof top solution & services offered by company
Collecting data (Elect. Bills, load, space etc.) from the client (docs, photos etc.)
Work out the proposal along with technical team.
Explain the benefits of solar rooftop proposal to all internal stakeholders of the client (Purchase, Facility, Finance &

Arranging site visits of established projects for boosting confidence in new client
Closing the deal with negotiations (price, PPA, other terms etc.) along with senior executives.
Meeting with prospects and understanding their need for the Franchise Business.
Educating prospects by explaining products & services suitable to them (i.e. inline with Budget, space, RoI, personal interest etc.)
Closing the deal with suitable products and co-ordinate with back end manager for timely execution, arranging meeting with brands, negotiation, finalization and agreement.
Ordering of capital equipments for the Green Field Facility as per project deadlines & ensured the turnkey nature of execution in efficient manner. Buying includes Capex for Aviation Business, Indirect, Opex, MRO (domestic & import) for project
Finalization of Contracts including Purchased Services (Employee Transportation, Courier Services, Canteen Food & Water services), Facilities & other office & plant consumables, MRO items, IT & Office Supplies.
Coordinated all indirect sourcing activities including release of contracts, agreements, Payments, Account Reconciliation etc.
Worked closely with global team ensuring right supplier base for the local requirement, also participated in negotiations for global requirements.
Capital Purchase
Bagged orders of capital equipments for the Green Field Facility as per project deadlines & ensured the turnkey
nature of execution in efficient manner for manufacturing of nano car.
Coordinated all relocation activities including release of contracts for dismantling & re-commissioning.
Attained commendable savings through exhaustive negotiations vide e-bidding and one to one discussions.
