•Commissioning and maintenance of ABB make drives like ACS 550, ACS 800, DCS 500 & Hitachi make SJ-700.
•Operation of Gas fueled Caterpillar make Generators in individual & synchronized modes and its maintenance.
•Operation & Maintenance of Centrifuge machine of 1.5TPH capacity.
•Operation & Maintenance of Cleaver Brooks make Natural Gas fired Boilers of series 400 & 700.
•Plant operation in shifts for salt production, product quality testings, etc.
•Calibration of ABB & Honeywell makes Pressure, Temperature etc., measuring Instruments & Electrical Instruments.
•RCA & CAPA analysis.
•SAP related issues like making notifications of preventive maintenance, purchase requisitions & material issuing.
•MCC panel maintenance with DOL, Star-Delta, Rev-Fwd Startors by using Electrical schematic drawings.
•IMS Documentation & maintaining records as per ISO standards.
•Regular maintenance of LT Step Down transformers of 2500 kVA & 2900 kVA ratings.
•Maintenance of EOT Cranes having capacity of 12 & 20 tons.
•Maintenance of Heavy motors (AC & DC) used in Continuous Galvanizing Line & Sponge Iron Division.
•Maintenance of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Power packs used for the operations of Different Machineries.
Job Description:
•Carrying out all required maintenance across the factory during shift, attend breakdowns onsite ensuring that there is always a rapid response and also plant equipment and machinery breakdown time is minimized. Always endeavor to reduce downtime of site plant and machinery.
•Preventive Maintenance scheduling and leading team with tool talks. Implementation of CAPA with proper RCA along with documentation.
•Manage all works related to Electrical & Instrumentation of the plant in a professional manner and communicate effectively with internal (technicians, operations team, others).
•Carry out repairs to plant and equipment during production, effectively and efficiently, either alone and/or as part of a team.
•Maintaining tools and equipment, so that they are in a safe working condition as well as making sure that the workplace is in safe environments at all times.
•Always adhere to Technical procedures and SOP, work in a clean and orderly manner in compliance with 5S.
•Assisting in the preparation of system testing and turnover documentation as per scope documents, test records, test procedures and other similar required documents, during erection and commissioning,
•Willing to learn new skills and train others if and when required, make sure that there is good reporting and communication channels in place. Develop and maintain good working relationship with Production team.
