Worked on IT requirements and also had a hand on
experience working with functional requirements.
Full execution of the recruitment process including
requisition approval, job posting, candidate sourcing,
interviewing and interview coordination, communication
with candidates and hiring managers, offer and
negotiation, background check initiation and monitor and
employee
onboarding.Proactively manage expectations throughout
the hiring process while providing ongoing
communication both internally and to the candidate to
ensure a positive candidate experience.
