• Liaising with over 100 guests to make travel arrangements.
• Provide consistent/accurate information to the guest, to internal DIFF departments, and PR agencies.
• Updating the DIFF database.
• Training new employees on how to work on the database.
• Ensuring guests have a memorable experience during the festival and resolving any problems that they have.
• Organizing guest welcome packs and gift bags.
• Coming up cost-effective solutions. I was able to save the festival AED 100, 000 in flights in 2009.
