Accomplishments:
•Accomplished management reduction of SAR 50 Million through cost saving/ avoidance program of raw material purchased control (from previous year baseline).
•Played a key role in the development of policy and record/ documentation program for Supply Chain Department (Procurement, Logistics, Outbound-Inbound system).
•Designed and implemented ERP system for the Organizations (Order-to-Cash, Financial Reporting, Procure-to-Pay, Production Planning, Maintenance Management, & Hire-to Retire systems). Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement procurement governance, policies, processes, and standards, and ensure compliance against those standards.
•Develop and implement the company-wide annual procurement plan taking into consideration all functions need, previous demand and supply levels and allocated budget.
•Manage end-to-end procurement operations including the preparation, issuance, and processing of POs, RFPs, and other related documents.
•Manage the entire tendering cycle, from identification of tendering committee members, technical criteria development, interfacing and negotiating with bidders through to approvals and contract awarding and signing.
