Responsible for TE Data account.
- Focal point with the client
- Calibrate in the final interviews.
- Deliver Sales, Technical support and Enterprise batches.
- Communicate and follow up with the training department to give a training class for the accepted candidates.
- Orient the accepted candidates with the interview techniques before going to the final interviews.
- Responsible for filing the accepted candidates' applications.
§ Raising the daily/monthly report of the recruitment team to the direct manager.
§ Sending the minutes of meeting after every meeting to the HR manager.
*Filtering received CVs according to the required data.
*Making the first interview over the phone to the candidates, asking specific questions.
*Doing the first face-to-face interview to all candidates and the second one to candidates applying for Vodafone International Acounts and Technical support vacancy.
*Responsible for raising the daily, monthly report of my team.
*Acting as a team leader in the technical requests.
*Focal point to the client.
